Our clinical team are qualified professionals with many years’ experience of working in different mental health settings across the lifespan.

All therapists have trained in and/or continue to work in the NHS, and have particular experience of working with people suffering with depression, anxiety, trauma and complex mental health problems; as well as those who have been admitted to, or discharged from, hospital.

The team is committed to best practice and continuing professional development (CPD) and therapists regularly attend courses and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest in mental health provision. Clinical and team work is supervised (anonymously and in total confidence) by Clinical Supervisors. This is standard practice and helps to ensure that you get the best from your therapy.
