Welcome To The Group Therapy Centre - Cambridge

When you’re down and troubled…

Life can be tough when you’re depressed and anxious, lonely or isolated. The experience of mental health problems can be hell; as well as distressing for family, friends and carers.

Getting the right kind of psychotherapy is usually essential to help people get well again, but knowing where to go, or who to trust, can be a daunting problem for many people, who often feel vulnerable, confused and misunderstood.
